One-Time Use Only:
Gift vouchers are valid for one-time use only.

Validity Period:
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed.

Non-Refundable:
Gift vouchers are non-refundable; however, they may be transferable under certain circumstances. Please contact us for more information on transfers.

Sending the Voucher:
You have the option to send the gift voucher directly to the recipient of your choice. Simply add their email address at checkout.

Digital Only – Physical Vouchers Available:
This is a digital gift voucher only. Physical gift vouchers are available for in-store collection. If you would prefer to collect a physical voucher, please inform us in advance.
